What the welcome bonus is
The welcome bonus is extra balance added on top of your first deposit. It is offered once per player and you choose it in the deposit window — there is no code to type. The current percentage, maximum bonus amount and turnover multiplier are shown on the offer card before you confirm, and they are locked in for you at that moment, even if the promotion changes later.
You can only have one bonus running at a time. When the bonus is credited, your balance includes both your deposit and the bonus, and you can play with it right away.
How turnover works
Turnover (also called wagering) is the total amount you need to bet before the bonus becomes withdrawable cash. It is not money you have to lose — it is the sum of all your stakes, win or lose. A ৳100 bet counts as ৳100 of turnover whether it wins or not.
Each offer states a multiplier and what it applies to. Depending on the offer, the multiplier is applied either to the bonus alone or to your deposit plus the bonus:
| Example | Deposit | Bonus | Multiplier applies to | Turnover required |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A | ৳1,000 | ৳1,000 | Bonus only, ×10 | ৳10,000 |
| B | ৳1,000 | ৳1,000 | Deposit + bonus, ×10 | ৳20,000 |
| C | ৳2,000 | ৳1,000 | Bonus only, ×15 | ৳15,000 |
Your account shows a progress bar with turnover completed and turnover remaining, so you never have to calculate it by hand.
The maximum bet rule
Many offers have a maximum bet that counts toward turnover. You can still place a larger bet, but only the amount up to the cap is counted.
Example: the cap is ৳500 and you bet ৳2,000 on one spin. Only ৳500 is added to your turnover. Large bets therefore burn through your balance faster without moving the progress bar any faster — steady bets at or below the cap are the efficient way to complete turnover.
Tip
Check the maximum bet on your bonus card before your first session and keep your stake at or below it.
Bonuses and withdrawals
While a bonus is active, withdrawals are paused. This is the part people most often miss. As soon as the turnover reaches 100%, the bonus is completed and your whole balance becomes normal cash that you can withdraw using the withdrawal guide.
Cancelling a bonus: what you keep
You can cancel an active bonus. A bonus also ends automatically if it expires before the turnover is complete. In both cases, the bonus amount and any winnings made with it are removed, but your original deposit is protected as far as your current balance allows.
In simple terms, you keep whichever is smaller: your original deposit, or your current balance minus the bonus.
| Balance when cancelled | Balance minus bonus | You keep |
|---|---|---|
| ৳3,500 (you were winning) | ৳2,500 | ৳1,000 — your deposit back |
| ৳2,000 (break-even) | ৳1,000 | ৳1,000 — your deposit back |
| ৳1,500 (some losses) | ৳500 | ৳500 |
| ৳800 (more losses) | ৳0 | ৳0 |
Cancelling makes sense if you want to withdraw your deposit early and have not lost much. If you are well ahead, it is usually better to keep playing until turnover is complete, because completing it keeps your winnings.
Should you take the bonus?
A bonus suits you if…
- You plan to play regularly over the next days anyway.
- You enjoy slots, crash games or live tables at moderate stakes.
- You are comfortable not withdrawing until the turnover is done.
Skip the bonus if…
- You want the freedom to withdraw at any moment.
- You prefer a few large bets rather than many smaller ones.
- You are only testing the site with a small amount.
Either choice is fine. Depositing without a bonus is always an option in the deposit window — see the deposit guide.
