Quick checklist before you withdraw
- Email verified — required before your first withdrawal.
- No active bonus — withdrawals are paused while a bonus is running. Finish the turnover or cancel the bonus first.
- No other withdrawal pending — you can have one pending request at a time.
- Amount within limits — each method shows its minimum and maximum in the withdrawal form.
- Wallet in your name — the payout number should belong to you.
If all five are true, your request goes straight into review. Each point is explained below.
Step 1: Verify your email
The first time you open the withdrawal screen, SathiBet asks you to verify your email address. A 6-digit code is sent to your inbox; enter it and you are done. This is a one-time step that protects your balance — even if someone learned your password, they could not cash out without access to your email.
If you registered with one-click sign-up, add your email in Settings first. Our registration guide has tips if the code does not arrive.
Step 2: Request the withdrawal

- Log in at sathibet.com and open Withdraw from your account menu.
- Choose a method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer or USDT, depending on what is available.
- Enter the wallet number (or USDT address and network) where you want to receive the money. Double-check it.
- Enter the amount within the limits shown.
- Confirm. Your request appears as pending in Transactions.
Why does my balance drop immediately?
The amount is reserved from your balance the moment you submit, so it cannot be accidentally wagered while the request is reviewed. If the request is rejected, the full amount is returned to your balance.
Step 3: Review and payout
Every withdrawal is checked by the payments team before money is sent. They confirm that the account is in good standing, that bonus rules were followed and that the payout details look right. Once approved, the money is sent to your wallet and the status changes to completed.
Most mobile wallet withdrawals are handled within hours. Larger amounts, first withdrawals and bank transfers may take longer because they receive a closer look. Requests made late at night are usually processed the next morning.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your request is in the queue. The amount is reserved. |
| Completed | Approved and sent to your wallet. |
| Rejected | Not approved. The amount has been returned to your balance; the reason is shown or available from support. |
Common reasons for delays or rejection
- Wrong wallet number — a single mistyped digit. Cancel or wait for rejection, then submit again with the correct number.
- Name mismatch — the receiving wallet is registered to someone else.
- Deposit not wagered — money deposited and withdrawn with little or no play may get an extra check.
- Multiple accounts — the same person or device using more than one account.
- Very large first withdrawal — support may ask a few questions to confirm ownership.
If your request is rejected, the money is already back in your balance, so nothing is lost. Read the reason, fix it and try again, or ask live chat for help.
Withdrawing when you have a bonus
While a bonus is active the Withdraw button will tell you why it is blocked and how much turnover is left. You have two choices: keep playing until the turnover is complete — at which point the bonus converts into withdrawable cash — or cancel the bonus.
Cancelling removes the bonus and any winnings made with it, but protects your original deposit as far as your balance allows. The bonus and turnover guide explains exactly how much you keep.
Tips for faster cash-outs
- Verify your email on the day you register.
- Deposit and withdraw using the same wallet in your own name.
- Read bonus terms before you opt in, so you know when withdrawals will unlock.
- Request withdrawals in daytime hours where possible.
- Keep one pending request at a time — do not submit duplicates.
